oh. i had a good run today.
home to sajc den back to bishan park and one time good round in bishan park.
not forgetting the leg MASSAGE introduced by lou which is totally PAINFUL!
i wonder why those ah ma walk ard those stones without feeling painful. .
anyways. shd haf clocked (8.5+2.5)= 11km today ba.
thank lou. for introducing such cool new running route.
