[ the long run ]
i thought it's a proud event...
for at least after not running for 3weeks...
i think it's quite a small achievement...
bishan - sajc - potong pasir mrt- srg mrt- kovan mrt- hougang mrt- ponggol park and 2 rounds of ponggol park...
yes. i died off after the 2nd round at ponggol park...
anyways more trgs to be scheduled... for i dun wanna die in the coming AHM..
:) gotta run a donation run representing the canoe chapters for srjc this sat too :P
hope can clock more km for this run... |
